201-208<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En nuestro trabajo reconocemos la importancia de promulgar y desarrollar un Plan espec\u00edfico para detectar alumnos y alumnas de altas capacidades, de cara darles la respuesta educativa m\u00e1s adecuada.<br \/>\nAnalizamos las caracter\u00edsticas del Plan promulgado y puesto en marcha por la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, tratando de ver de modo cr\u00edtico y constructivo sus ventajas y limitaciones.<br \/>\nFinalmente, se hacen algunas sugerencias para mejorar las limitaciones detectadas.<br
