Desenvolvem a atividade docente ou equiparada,\u00a0em institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas (63%), IPSS (32%) e privadas (5%), com crian\u00e7a dos 2 aos 6 anos de\u00a0idade. Neste estudo aplicamos a escala de Compet\u00eancias Pedag\u00f3gicas para Lidar com o Stresse na\u00a0Inf\u00e2ncia (ECPLSI), desenvolvida por Gomes &amp; Pereira (2009), \u00c9 uma escala tipo Likert com 15 itens,\u00a0que procura estudar as propostas educativas que permitam desenvolver por parte do educador, uma\u00a0pr\u00e1tica educativa adequada \u00e0s crian\u00e7as que est\u00e3o expostas a situa\u00e7\u00f5es indutoras de stresse. Os\u00a0resultados explorat\u00f3rios mostram que o instrumento apresenta boas caracter\u00edsticas psicom\u00e9tricas,\u00a0a n\u00edvel da consist\u00eancia interna e da an\u00e1lise factorial. A escala obteve um valor de Alfa de Cronbach\u00a0de .80 e a an\u00e1lise fatorial revelou a exist\u00eancia de quatro fatores: Compet\u00eancias pedag\u00f3gicas,\u00a0Forma\u00e7\u00e3o graduada, Identificar sintomas e Planeamento reflexivo. As implica\u00e7\u00f5es deste estudo\u00a0apontam para a utilidade deste instrumento no planeamento de pr\u00e1ticas educativas e struturadorase que promovam o desenvolvimento socio afetivo da crian\u00e7a em contexto de jardim-de-inf\u00e2ncia,\u00a0sendo no entanto necess\u00e1rios estudos confirmat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Palavras
