Their\u00a0functions are analyzed and educational guidance programs as the common model in educational\u00a0guidance are studied in depth. The purpose of educational guidance is to contribute to educational\u00a0quality and to help students\u2019 development, however it is thought that the educational community is\u00a0rarely involved in type this work. Therefore we research the perceptions of the educational community\u00a0relative to the role of the school counsellor, their satisfaction in order to adapt the educational\u00a0guidance programs to reality, so these programs will an effect on educational quality and will contribute\u00a0to improve the students development.<br \/>\n<strong>Keywords:<\/strong> school counsellor, secondary school,
